Alexandre Celse Partner

After twelve years working with Marc Brocardi at Arsene, Alexandre co-founded Brocardi Celse Associés in 2025.

His practice covers the management of customs disputes, as well as the development of the customs function and the optimization of customs organization.

Alexandre deploys a cross-functional approach to these various issues, enabling strategic management of international trade operations, with a particular focus on international trade compliance, including export controls and sanctions.

He assists national and international companies in various sectors, particularly defense, aeronautics, electronics, oil and automotive.

He also provides training for organizations such as ODASCE and Encyclopédie Douanière, and for the Universities of Paris Dauphine-PSL, Cergy Pontoise, Aix-en Provence and Lille. He is co-responsible for the Executive Master in International Trade Compliance at Université Paris Dauphine-PSL.

He is a member of the board of directors of the Collin de Sussy customs think-tank and of the Cercle des Avocats du Secteur de la Défense (CASD).
