Romain Boffard Legal professional

Romain holds a Master’s degree in law and financial engineering from the Université Jean Moulin Lyon III, as well as a Master’s degree in tax and customs law from the University of Cergy-Pontoise. He began his career in 2022 with Arsene, where he trained under the supervision of Marc Brocardi and Alexandre Celse.

He joined Brocardi Celse Associés at its creation in 2025.

He advises and litigates on all customs-related issues. His expertise focuses in particular on indirect contributions, regulatory compliance and the management of special regimes.

He works with French and international players, particularly in the luxury goods, aeronautics and space sectors.
