Brocardi Celse Seeks a Customs & Compliance Associate

A French business law firm of around ten professionals, advising a client base ranging from major French and international groups to mid-sized and small companies, Brocardi Celse Associés is seeking a Customs & Compliance Associate to work alongside the two founding partners and the rest of the team.

You will be involved in both advisory and litigation matters relating to customs law, export control and international sanctions, across a variety of sectors, particularly strategic industries (defense and aerospace, energy products, luxury goods, pharmaceuticals, and consumer electronics). You will be fully involved in case management and client relations. You will also liaise with the relevant regulatory authorities.

Profile sought:

• Qualified lawyer (CAPA) with a postgraduate degree (Master’s level) in business law, EU law, tax law, or criminal law.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in French or Anglo-Saxon law firms (excluding internships).
• Excellent command of English.
