Creation of Cercle des Avocats du Secteur Défense (CASD)

The “Cercle des Avocats du Secteur Défense” (CASD) officially came into being at its launch event on 12 June 2025 at the IHEDN. Created by 5 lawyers with complementary expertise, including Alexandre Celse, treasurer and partner of the firm, the CASD aims to provide a forum for discussion and exchange between experienced practitioners, while raising awareness among companies of the legal issues that can hamper their access to public contracts or export markets.
