Marc Brocardi Partner

Marc Brocardi began his career in 1999 with Coopers & Lybrand, now Landwell & Associés. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2000, he joined Arsene  in 2005 to create the firm’s customs team.

Partner since 2009, he assists clients in all business sectors in structuring their customs functions, optimizing and securing the customs management of sourcing and distribution flows, as part of a combined approach covering VAT and transfer pricing. He assists clients during customs inspections and represents them before the courts.

He is also involved in energy and environmental taxation, as well as indirect taxes.

He holds a master’s degree in business law from Nancy University and a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in tax law from Dijon University.

Since 2021, he has been Chairman of the Office de Développement par l’Automatisation et la Simplification du Commerce Extérieur (ODASCE – an association working to make customs matters a strategic asset for business competitiveness), a member of the Board of Directors of the Circle of Reflection on Customs Collin de Sussy, and a member of the IACF Customs Commission.

He is a lecturer at the Master II Customs program at the University of Aix-Marseille, and at various conferences in France and abroad.
